Interesting Note: Tara Walsh is the only #1 seed in 2013 to return as a #1 seed.  Also, in 2012, only two #1 seeds made it to the Smooth 16, and none of them advanced to the Enduring 8.

Judging by the history, this may give some indication on how things can go in 2013. Quite a few new faces this year, so we'll see if any big upsets come from them. ;-)
